Neil started his real estate career back in 1984 in the Acacia Ridge area, then Redbank Plains as a land salesman, got in to agency sales about 4 years later after a brief stint on the Gold Coast. He quickly had more success and moved up to sales manger for a First National office an office he would end up buying. Neil had the foresight to open the First National Springfield in 1999 which was built from the ground up. Neil now has his daughter join the business in late 2015 who has a similar drive to Neil a formidable team. They purchased the First National Oxley office in 2017 and also set up a Body Corporate Business in 2016. Neil enjoys giving back to the industry and is Chair of the Brisbane Zone for First National and is a active member of the First National State Council for Queensland. Neil is also the current President of The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce. Neil has a passion for golf and runs a social golf club in his spare time
Kiah began her real estate career in the family business at First National as the Saturday Receptionist at the tender age of 14. This opportunity allowed Kiah to quickly learn the importance of quality customer service. Kiah commenced a hairdressing apprenticeship which she duly completed with very high marks and a couple of awards. Kiah continued in this profession for several years utilising some of the customer service skills she had learned over the years. Kiah’s desire to see the world took her to gaining a position with Silversea, an award winning luxury ocean cruise liner company as a hairdresser and quickly moved up to Spa Manager. Kiah’s bright and bubbly personality then took her on to the role of Receptionist/Guest Relations of the hotel onboard the ship. This position involved being the face/front of house, which included greeting passengers as they came on board, assisting them where needed throughout their cruise as well as rebooking future cruises and resolving complaints. After seeing 80 countries in all seven continents in two and half years, Kiah returned home to Australia with a maturity beyond her years and quickly re-established herself in the hair industry. A position at the family business opened up and Kiah jumped at the chance to work with her father and the staff she already knew in the role of Business Development Manager. Kiah’s responsibility is to bring in new business and forge relationships mainly in the residential property management area. Kiah is ideally suited to this role as she can quickly gauge what people are looking for and assist them to meet their needs. Kiah has undergone extensive training since she commenced in this role, and with ongoing training, as per all our staff, has taken to this role with great vigour and much enthusiasm. Kiah is mindful of the core value of our business, and as her goal is to take over the business in some year’s time, has a vested interest in our clients and the success of our business. Kayla started her Real Estate career working as a part time Saturday Receptionist whilst she was finishing grade 12. During that initial six months, Kayla developed an interest in the industry and wanted to widen her skills and enter into Property Management. Once she finished grade 12, Kayla became a full time Receptionist and under took her Property Management course by correspondence. In 2008, Kayla received her Real Estate Certificate and started her new Career in Property Management. In 2009, Kayla bought her first home in the local area. Kayla joined the First National team as a Property Manager in late 2010 after returning to the workforce after the birth of her son. Kayla is now our Senior Property Manager and Office Manager, supervising the whole Property Management Team. Kayla has lived in the local area for 7 years and enjoys watching the growth and development in the community. Kayla is a very professional and approachable person and is an asset to our Property Management Team. Kayla knows Property Management inside and out this is reflected in the positive feedback she receives from both her tenants and owners.
Angela started her career in Real Estate as a Sunday Receptionist with First National 17 years ago. Working in the Real Estate Industry was a challenge she was excited to take on after spending several years out of the workforce to raise her 3 children. After her youngest children started school, Angela jumped at the opportunity to join the team at First National on a more permanent basis and over her time with First National Springfield has taken on many roles including Receptionist, Assistant Property Manager, Sales Assistant and Administrator. Her current role is as the Sales and Contracts Administrator, as well as looking after Payroll and Office Accounts. Angela and her family moved to Springfield in 2002. She loves living in the local area and has enjoyed seeing the Springfield Region thrive and evolve over the past decade. Angela is a keen amateur photographer, and also enjoys baking and bringing in treats for her co-workers to sample. With following her parent’s footsteps & passion for Real Estate, Jessica started as an Assistant Property Manager for an office based in Annerley in 2007 before taking the next step into Full Time Property Management at an agency in Holland Park for 3 and half years. Jessica joined our Property Management Team at First National in September 2010. With her up for any challenge attitude, Jessica took on a rental portfolio that had seen a number of changes in property managers in a short time leaving a few loose ends. Jessica managed to get everything back on track and running smoothly with a lot of patience and persistence. Wanting to follow her dream further into the Real Estate Industry, Jessica is now doing Business Development as well as managing a portfolio for First National Springfield. With buying her first house in 2008 in Bellbird Park, she fell in love with the area and community. In 2010 she sold her home and moved away from the Ipswich area, until 3 years ago when she moved back to Springfield Lakes with her Partner and dog. Jessica or Jeska as she is affectionately referred to around the office, has a bubbly personality and is virtually unflappable. Her easy going nature makes her easy to deal with for both owners & tenants.
Amy began her career while finishing her final year at Saint Augustine’s College in 2012, working as a casual employee for IGA. During the 4 years she worked at IGA her responsibilities grew. She challenged herself as she stepped up from a cashier role, to working in the deli, progressing into becoming a manager and running the shop on her own, as well as supervising up to 5 employees throughout the store. In this time she has learnt various new skills in regards to giving the best customer service and taking on board new responsibilities with ease. While being employed at IGA, Amy completed her Certificate III in business with flying colours. Amy jumped at an exciting career change to grow professionally when First National Springfield opened the Receptionist role. Amy felt her skills, customer service and passion to learn would be ideal in this role. During Amy’s short time being a part of the First National Springfield team, Amy has loved learning and adapting. Amy is excited to have the opportunity to now grow and develop with training, to take on extra responsibilities. Amy and her family moved from the United Kingdom to Springfield Lakes in 2004, however Amy’s knowledge of the local area is second to none. In her spare time she loves to sing and play the guitar and catch up with friends. Amy also referred to as “The director of first impressions” looks forward to greeting and assisting clients every day to ensure that each customer is treated with a 5 star service.
Chloe began her Real Estate career here at First National Springfield back in 2004 when she was a receptionist for 3 years. While on reception Chloe completed her Real Estate Certificate and began training to become a property manager. A position opened up at the Collingwood Park Office in 2007 for a property manager and Chloe began putting her newly trained skills to use. In 2008, Chloe spread her wings and went off to explore other industries of work. Chloe did some temporary work in the Architect industry and also did some administration work for a development company, where she completed a Certificate 3 in Business Administration. It took Chloe only 18 months to realise that Real Estate was where she belonged and returned to an accounts administration position for a real estate in Paddington. A few years later and after being through roles such as Property Manager, Senior Property Manager and Department Manager in 2 other real estates, Chloe got married and had a baby girl born in May 2014. Not being able to return to work fulltime with an infant, she took up the part time position back here at Springfield First National in September 2014, where it all started 10 years ago. Chloe loves being back here at First National Springfield and says it's good to be home

Melina grew up on the Sunshine Coast and Northern New South Wales. Her introduction to real estate began in her father in laws real estate business outside of Toowoomba. She was trained as a licensee and Property Manager and was primarily responsible for managing a small portfolio of rural residential properties near Toowoomba. Circumstance changed and Melina moved back to the city and joined our First National Property Management team in February 2011 with 2 years prior experience. Melina now lives locally in Bellbird Park with her husband and daughter who was born in 2014. Melina enjoys the challenges of property management and the fact that the industry is forever changing.
