We are a specialist property management company and manage a large number of quality properties across many suburbs. All are well maintained and fully cleaned prior to you moving in.

Our strong team of experienced property managers are here to help make renting through us as stress free and simple as possible. We pride ourselves on open communication and strong education of your rights, responsibilities and procedures to ensure throughout the tenancy is as easy as possible.

We promote responsible renting and are proud members of TICA (Tenancy Information Centre of Australia), this keep records of tenants who have vacated rental properties causing damage and/or owing money. All applications are checked through these Agencies.

We will carry out routine inspections throughout your tenancy to ensure the property is being maintained, kept clean and tidy, opportunities to check for routine maintenance and damages. We encourage to put all maintenance in writing and if possible to attach photos or small videos to help the property manager and tradesperson.

All our trades people are fully licenced and skilled in their trade to carry our repairs to the property.

We would like to create an experience while you rent through us that is both memorable and as stress free as possible. We know the importance of keeping the lines of communication open to ensure we work together throughout your tenancy.

•If possible inspect from the outside before contacting us.
•Every adult over the age of 18 years of age must complete the application form and supply 100 points of ID
•If you have pets, kindly complete our Pet Application and supply a picture of your fury family member
•Applications are usually processed within 24-48 hours – please note delays can occur if we are waiting on references and owners
•Bond is always equivalent to 4 weeks rent - Please note that we do not accept bond transfers
•Rent can be paid via the internet, rent pay, reconnect, employee deductions, centre pay, EFT and credit card options (fees can apply). NO CASH ACCEPTED IN OFFICE
•We will arrange ALL inspections for properties that are not yet vacant. Please respect the privacy of our tenants and do not approach directly.
